DAKINE: the essential brand

The Dakine brand was established in 1979 by Rob Kaplan on the island of Hawaii. An extreme sports manufacturer, it is mainly known for its backpacks, although it also offers clothing and accessories. Initially specializing in the manufacture of surf accessories, the Dakine brand has subsequently turned towards winter sports with skiing and snowboarding. Over the years, it has established itself worldwide as a reference brand for windsurfers and snowboarders.
