Hat Outdoor Research Sombriolet Sun (Khaki)

Never again I ordered a sun hat via the Alpinstore website. When I received it, it turned out to be a completely different hat. I contacted their Customer service of this and send them a picture of what I've received. They told me to ship it back to them, but since I live in The Netherlands, I had to pay for the return shipping. When I told them that this was not my mistake and did not feel I was responsible for the return costs, they finally provided me with a return label. But the disappointments did not end there.... when they received the hat they sent me an email that this was not the hat that they shipped to me and they they will not reimburse me. They are actually suggesting that I've kept the hat they've sent to me and that I've returned a "replacement hat". In all my years in online shopping, I've never heard something so ridiculous. I'm not even upset about not getting my money back, I'm upset they are accusing me of something that I did not do and are accusing me of being a fraud. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY They are an absolute disgrace and have no issues with being disrespectful to their customers. Last time I've ever buy anything from this company and I strongly suggest you do the same.
