The insulation fibers are attached to a mesh core, eliminating the need for a liner inside the jacket. This technology reduces weight and provides a soft, plush feel against the skin. The windproof nylon outer shell also protects against light precipitation with a PFC-free DWR treatment. Woven fleece inserts on the sides ensure freedom of movement and excellent moisture management. Elasticated fabric at the cuffs, hem and hood ensure a firm, comfortable fit while on the move. A chest pocket and two front pockets complete the package.
