Bonjour Je vous ai fait une commande le 03/12, nous sommes le 19 et je viens d’être livré. Très mauvaise surprise, ce n’ai pas l’article que j’ai commandé, c’est un produit qui ressemble mais ce n’ai pas celui que j’ai commandé !!!! Même si je le retourne demain je ne l’aurais pas pour Noël, puisque c’était un cadeau. Je pense qu’ils ont subi une rupture sur le modèle commandé et au lieu de me rembourser ils m’ont envoyé un autre article ressemblant. C’est honteux !!!
