Shipping and delivery times

Packages are dispatched by our logistics department from Monday to Friday, depending on the mode of transport chosen when you placed your order.

The prices below include the cost of transport, packaging and handling. All shipments are tracked and generally signed for on receipt. Shipping costs depend on the weight of the package and the carrier selected. All shipping costs are shown in euros and include VAT.

Delivery times are indicated when you place your order. In case of urgency, please take into account the maximum delivery date.

1- Free delivery :

  • FRANCE : Free delivery from €119 with Mondial Relay or chronopost 2 shop
  • GERMANY : Free delivery from 119 € with DHL
  • BELGIUM, LUXEMBOURG, SPAIN : Free delivery from €149 with Mondial Relay except for skis, snowboards and bulky products
  • NETHERLANDS, AUSTRIA : Free delivery from €149 with DHL except for skis, snowboards and bulky goods
  • ITALY : free delivery from €149 with DPD except for skis, snowboards and bulky goods

Remarks :

Delivery times may be longer than those indicated in the following cases: public holidays, exceptional stoppages by carriers, customs formalities, possible delays due to customs formalities.

To facilitate delivery of your parcel, we advise you to check the accuracy of your delivery address. Do not hesitate to specify in the Address 2 field any information you deem necessary for proper delivery (door code, name of the person receiving the parcel, etc.). Similarly, for faster delivery, don't hesitate to have your order delivered to your workplace. In this case, please specify the company name and the name of the person receiving the parcel.

In the event of a missing or damaged parcel affecting the product, it is necessary to make a reservation at the time of delivery when the customer signs for the goods.. We ask you to check that the package is in order. It is also reminded that the transfer of risk of loss or damage to the customer occurs upon receipt by the customer of the order..

2- Eco-Friendly logistics costs :

  • Eco-Friendly contribution: €1

In application of the principle of extended responsibility defined by decree N°2021-1213 of 22/09/2021 for the Sport and Leisure Goods (ASL) sector, Alpinstore undertakes to systematically recycle the packaging collected by its logistics center in order to reduce waste in the sector as much as possible. Alpinstore therefore applies a contribution of €1 per order, which includes the sorting of packaging received, the recycling of reusable packaging, the optimized packaging of products shipped and the sorting of non-recyclable waste.

3- Specific deliveries :

  • Packages bulky, bulky items

In cases where the parcel is too large or too heavy, and cannot be delivered using the mode of transport and carrier you have chosen, we will adapt the choice of carrier according to the parcel and delivery requirements. Any additional costs incurred will be borne by us for deliveries within mainland France.

Packages measuring over 1 metre cannot be delivered to certain delivery points. In this case, we will either select another delivery point or arrange for delivery to your home.

  • Products dangerous :

Certain products considered to be dangerous may require us to have them delivered by another carrier, in order to comply with legislation concerning these products. This may happen for Express deliveries when packages are transported by air.

  • Destinations destinations :

Some remote or difficult-to-reach destinations may not be eligible for delivery with the carrier you choose when you place your order. In such cases, we may have to change carrier, offering an equivalent service if available from another carrier. If this is not the case, we will inform you so that we can agree with you on the best carrier.

4- Returns and exchanges :

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 30 days. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, takes physical possession of the last item.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement by e-mail (contact link on our site) or by post to the following address:

You can use the model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory. For the withdrawal period to be respected, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

  • Return policy :
Following your return request, we will send you a return label for shipment to France, Germany, Belgium, Spain and Luxembourg.

You must return the goods in perfect condition, without undue delay, quoting the order number to the following address:

As part of our "committed to true nature" program designed to safeguard our playground, we wanted to give a sense of responsibility to our community by asking for returns to be taken care of in order to limit the environmental impact of unnecessary logistics:

- FRANCE & GERMANY: Participation of €6 inc. VAT for orders under €119, excluding product exchanges, and free beyond that with the transport voucher sent, excluding bulky parcels

- SPAIN, BELGIUM, LUXEMBOURG: Participation of €6 inc. VAT with the transport voucher sent, excluding product exchanges, excluding bulky parcels.

- OTHER COUNTRIES: Return at customer's expense in full.


  • Terms and conditions :

In case of retraction, AlpinStore will reimburse you for all products returned without undue delay and, in any case, no later than seven (7) days from the day on which AlpinStore has received the return of your product.

Refunds will be made using a voucher valid for 12 months for returns under €150, and using the same payment method you used for the original transaction for refunds over €150.

AlpinStore reserves the right to defer reimbursement until it has received the Products or until you have provided proof of shipment of the Products, whichever comes first.


You shall be liable for any depreciation of the Products and their original packaging resulting from any handling thereof that exceeds what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, proper functioning and marketability of the returned Product. In such a case, AlpinStore will inform you as soon as possible of the possible refusal of your refund and will return the damaged product to you.

  • Exception to the right of withdrawal:

The right of withdrawal may not be exercised in the following cases:

  1. contracts for the supply of goods which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection (protective helmets, straps, ropes, climbing equipment, etc.),
  2. lproducts likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly
  3. products customized or made specifically for the customer: drilled and mounted skis, seal skins cut to size, ropes cut to size, thermoformed shoes, etc.

The information transmitted for the personalization of products is communicated under the customer's sole responsibility. Alpinstore cannot be held responsible if this information proves to be erroneous. This is particularly the case if the customer communicates an erroneous hull size expressed in mondo size and not in mm as requested on the site and indicated on the sizing chart.

5- Return and exchange procedure :

To make it easier for you to choose a model or size, we offer returns and exchanges for mainland France, Luxembourg, Belgium,Spain andGermany, using only the carrier selected by us.

For all returns and/or exchanges, a request must be made either by e-mail via the contact form using the returns request access, or by telephone or chat.

Once the return/exchange has been accepted, we will send you a return slip to stick on the parcel.

A - In the case of an exchange :

If you wish to make an exchange, please specify the reference you wish to exchange (specify the model, size and color you wish). A new order will be generated.

The reference price for the item with which you wish to exchange will be the price applied at the time of the exchange request.

If there is a price difference with the original order, you will either be reimbursed for the difference if the price is lower, or we will ask you to pay a supplement if the price is higher.

B - Refunds :

You will be reimbursed via a voucher valid for 12 months for orders < €150 or via the payment method used for orders > €150 within 7 days at the latest following receipt of the return.

6- Return and exchange for a fee:

If you are not one of the countries eligible for free returns (see point 3), you have the option of sending us the product by your own means, in which case the return costs will also be at your expense.

However, in order to make it easier for you to choose a model or size, we offer to cover part of the cost of returning products ordered for exchange or return if you have been delivered in Europe and your country is not eligible for free returns.

For all returns and/or exchanges, a request must be made either by e-mail via the contact form using the returns request access, or by telephone or chat.

Once the return/exchange has been accepted and the cost of transport paid, we will send you a returns slip to stick on the parcel. All you then have to do is drop the parcel off at the DPD - CHRONOPOST relay.

Return fee :

- Packages between 0 kg and 10 kg: €12 incl. VAT

- Packages between 10 kg and 20 kg: €20 inc.

- Packages between 20 kg and 30 kg: €30 inc.
