1.1 The prices of our products are indicated in EURO TTC (all French taxes included) excluding shipping costs and customs duties.

1.2 All orders placed on our site are payable in EURO.

1.3 Prices are valid for the current month. Products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of order registration, subject to availability at that date.

1.4 Retention of title clause: the products remain the property of SAS AlpinStore until full payment of the price.


2.1 Payment by credit card:

We accept payment by credit card, either directly on the site in secure payment. SAS AlpinStore has installed a secure online payment platform (Banque Populaire).
Certain orders paid for by credit card may be subject to additional verification. You will receive an email asking you for supporting documents in order to validate the sending of your order.

2.2 Payment by bank transfer :

You can also pay for your order by bank transfer (possible costs to be paid by the customer), by money order or with your Paypal account. on our Banque Populaire account.

CHOOZEO is a free credit with no fees, repayable in 3 or 4 installments, offered by NATIXIS FINANCEMENT, a French public limited company with a capital of €73,801,950 - Head office: 30 avenue Pierre Mendès France 75013 - 439 869 587 RCS Paris. The amount of the free credit varies between 135€ and 3000€. CHOOZEO is reserved for private individuals (natural persons of legal age) residing in France and holders of a Visa or MasterCard with a validity date 6 months higher than the date of purchase. CHOOZEO does not accept cards with systematic authorization, such as Electron, Maestro, Nickel etc... as well as e-cards, Indigo and American Express cards. After completing the order, the customer must click on the "3 or 4 CHOOZEO credit card payment button".

He is then redirected to the CHOOZEO web page of NATIXIS FINANCEMENT displaying the summary of his order and the request for free credit, which he must then validate.

SAS AlpinStore limits itself to putting its customers in contact with NATIXIS FINANCEMENT by indicating on its site a non-contractual landing page. It is therefore not subject to the regulations relating to intermediaries in banking operations and payment services. In addition, if the customer asks to benefit from a financing solution offered by NATIXIS FINANCEMENT, information relating to his order and his identity (surname, first name, postal address) will be sent to him. NATIXIS FINANCEMENT will use this information for the purpose of studying his request for the granting, management and collection of credit.

NATIXIS FINANCEMENT reserves the right to accept or refuse its financing application in 3 or 4 installments at no charge. The customer has a cooling-off period of 14 calendar days to give up his free credit.


3.1 : Product delivery

The products ordered will be delivered to the delivery address indicated by the customer during the order according to the mode of transport chosen.

Packages will be delivered as soon as possible according to the delivery time selected at the time of the order.

The times indicated on the site do not take into account weekends and public holidays. For countries outside the European Union or subject to customs formalities, possible delays due to customs formalities.

Delivery rates include: the cost of transport, packaging and handling. Shipping costs depend on the weight of the package and the carrier selected. All shipping costs are displayed in euros including all taxes.

All shipments are made with a tracking number and/or signature upon receipt.

3.2: Bulky and bulky parcels :

In cases where in your order the goods are too bulky or too heavy, and it does not allow you to be delivered with the mode of transport and carrier you have chosen, we will adapt the choice of carrier depending on the package and delivery requirements. The extra cost will be at our expense for deliveries in metropolitan France.

3.3 : Right of reserve :

In case of missing or damaged package impacting the product it is necessary to make a reservation during delivery at the time of signing the customer. We ask you to check that the package is in conformity.

It is also reminded that the transfer of the risks of loss or damage to the customer is made upon receipt by the customer of the order.

3.4 : Customs duty :

Any order shipped outside the European Union will be automatically invoiced net of tax. The import formalities, customs duties and possible taxes related to the delivery of an item outside the European Union are the responsibility of the Buyer and are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. The Buyer is solely responsible for verifying the possibilities of importing the products ordered with regard to the law of the country of delivery. AlpinStore is not obliged to check and inform the Buyer of the applicable customs duties and taxes.


You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within fourteen days. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the Product.

4.1 : Exercise of the right of withdrawal :

AlpinStore reserves the right to defer the refund until it has received and verified the Products or until you have provided proof of shipment of the Products.

You may request an exchange or a credit note instead of a refund of the order. In this case, the return costs are free of charge eligible (France, Belgium, Spain, Luxembourg or Germany). For this purpose, we will send you a return form following your request for an exchange or credit note.

You shall be liable for any depreciation of the products and their original packaging resulting from any handling of the latter that exceeds what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, proper functioning and marketing of the returned product.

In such a case, AlpinStore will inform you as soon as possible.

4.2 : Exception to the right of retraction :

The exercise of the right of retraction is excluded in the following cases:

- contracts for the supply of goods that have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery
and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection (helmet, strap, rope, climbing equipment, etc.),

- Products likely to deteriorate or expire quickly

- LCustomised products or products made specifically for the customer: drilled and mounted skis, sealskins cut at the waist, ropes cut at the waist, thermoformed boots, ...

13.1 Legal guarantees :

The Products supplied by AlpinStore benefit, in accordance with the legal provisions:

- the legal guarantee of conformity under the conditions of articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code,

- the warranty against hidden defects resulting from a defect in material, design or manufacture affecting the Products delivered and rendering them unfit for use, under the conditions provided for in Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.

13.2 Legal warranty of conformity :

  • Article L217-4 of the French Consumer Code: the seller is required to deliver goods that comply with the contract and is liable for any defects in conformity existing at the time of delivery.

It is also liable for defects of conformity resulting from packaging, assembly instructions or installation when the latter has been placed at its expense by the contract or has been carried out under its responsibility.

  • Article L217-5 of the Consumer Code:

the good is in conformity with the contract:

1° If it is fit for the use usually expected of a similar good and, where appropriate:

- if it corresponds to the description given by the seller and has the qualities that the seller has presented to the buyer in the form of a sample or model;

- if it has the qualities that a buyer can legitimately expect in the light of public statements made by the seller, the producer or his representative, particularly in advertising or labelling;

2° Or if it has the characteristics defined by mutual agreement between the parties or if it is suitable for any special use sought by the buyer, brought to the seller's knowledge and accepted by the latter.

13.3 Warranty for hidden defects :

  • Article 1641 of the French Civil Code: the seller is bound by the warranty for hidden defects of the item sold which render it unfit for the use for which it is intended, or which so diminish this use that the buyer would not have acquired it, or would only have paid a lower price for it, if he had known about them.
  • Article 1648 paragraph 1 of the Civil Code: the action resulting from redhibitory defects must be brought by the purchaser within a period of two years from the discovery of the defect.

In the case provided for by Article 1642-1, the action must be brought, under penalty of foreclosure, within one year following the date on which the seller can be discharged from the defects or apparent lack of conformity.

13.4 Implementation :

You benefit from a two (2) year period to act, starting from the delivery of the Product.

You may choose between repairing or replacing the Product, provided that this choice does not entail a cost that is manifestly disproportionate to the value of the Product or the importance of the defect. AlpinStore shall then proceed, unless it is impossible to do so, according to the method chosen by you.

You are exempt from providing proof of the existence of the Product's lack of conformity during the twenty-four (24) months following delivery of the Product.

The legal guarantee of conformity applies independently of any commercial guarantee that may have been granted.

2. Warranty for hidden defects

If you decide to implement the warranty for hidden defects in accordance with Article 1641 of the Civil Code, you can choose between cancellation of the sale or a reduction of the sale price in accordance with Article 1644 of the Civil Code.

13.5 Contractual warranty :

In addition, you may, if applicable, benefit from the guarantee of the manufacturer of the Products that AlpinStore sells.

In order to be able to invoke the benefit of any applicable contractual warranty, you must notify AlpinStore immediately and in writing of any defects that you attribute to the Products and provide all justifications as to the reality of such defects. You must provide us with the information below by using the after-sales service form in customer service

- Name, first name and order number as well as a copy of your invoice;

- Photos of the Products with the damage or deterioration clearly visible;

- Precise explanations of the defect.

Once the complete file is received we will give you the instructions to follow according to the indications communicated by the manufacturer of the Product in question.

You must give AlpinStore or the manufacturer every facility to proceed to the observation of these defects and to remedy them. If the manufacturer requests the return of the Product, the costs of returning the Product shall be borne by you. Possible processing costs (return of the Products to our suppliers + processing costs of the file) may be requested if this is to be done by AlpinStore. 15 € (Metropolitan France) / 30 € (European Union / Switzerland and Norway) / 50 € (Rest of the world).

The manufacturer shall carry out a detailed appraisal of the Product for possible coverage under the warranty and thus ensure that the defect does not result from abnormal use of the Product.

AlpinStore informs you that only the manufacturer makes the decision and that we follow its decision.

13.6 Any warranty is excluded in the event of use or storage of the Products that does not comply with the provisions set out on the label attached to the Products.

13.7 AlpinStore shall not be considered liable or in default if it provides proof that the delay or non-performance is due to the occurrence of a case of force majeure or is attributable to you (abnormal or non-conforming use of the Products, use not in accordance with the use for which the Product is intended, etc.).

These general terms and conditions of sale are applicable to all orders since 01/09/2019.
