ARTICLE 1 - PRICES :

1.1 The prices of our products are indicated in EURO TTC (all French taxes included) excluding shipping costs and customs duties.

1.2 All orders placed on our site are payable in EURO.

1.3 Prices are valid for the current month. Products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time orders are placed, subject to availability at that time.

1.4 Retention of title: products remain the property of SAS AlpinStore until full payment has been received.

ARTICLE 2 - METHOD OF PAYMENT :

2.1 Payment by credit card:

We accept payment by credit card, either directly on the site in secure payment. SAS AlpinStore has installed a secure online payment platform (Banque Populaire).
Some orders paid by credit card may be subject to additional verification. You will receive an e-mail requesting supporting documents in order to validate the dispatch of your order.

2.2 Payment by bank transfer :

You can also pay for your order by bank transfer (possible charges to be paid by the customer), by money order or with your Paypal account. to our Banque Populaire account

2.3 Payment by PayPal:

PayPal is an online payment service that allows you to pay for purchases, receive payments, or send and receive money.
You can choose to pay in 1 or 3 instalments on the Paypal platform.

At the time of payment, select Paypal and you will be redirected to the PayPal interface.

  • Enter your email address and password,
  • Confirm your payment, which validates your order,
  • An order confirmation email is sent to you (check your spam).

ARTICLE 3 - DELIVERY :

3.1 : Product delivery

Products ordered will be delivered to the delivery address indicated by the customer at the time of ordering, according to the mode of transport chosen.

Packages will be delivered as soon as possible according to the delivery method selected when the order was placed.

The delivery times indicated on the site do not take into account weekends or public holidays. For countries outside the European Union or subject to customs formalities, any delays due to customs formalities.

Delivery rates include: the cost of transport, packaging and handling. Shipping costs depend on the weight of the package and the carrier selected. All shipping costs are shown in euros and include VAT.

All shipments include a tracking number and/or signature upon receipt.

3.2 : Large and bulky parcels :

In cases where your order is too large or too heavy, and cannot be delivered using the mode of transport and carrier you have chosen, we will adapt the choice of carrier according to the package and delivery requirements. Any additional costs incurred will be at our expense for deliveries in mainland France.

3.3 : Right of reserve :

In the event of a missing or damaged parcel affecting the product, it is necessary to make a reservation upon delivery. We ask you to check that the package is in order.

It is also reminded that the transfer of risk of loss or damage to the customer occurs upon receipt by the customer of the order.

3.4 : Customs duties and local VAT outside the EU :

All orders shipped outside the European Union will automatically be invoiced exclusive of VAT, unless specific rules apply to the UK. Import formalities, customs duties and any taxes related to the delivery of an item outside the European Union are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. The Buyer is solely responsible for verifying the possibility of importing the products ordered under the laws of the country of delivery. AlpinStore is not obliged to check and inform the Buyer of applicable customs duties and taxes, in particular local VAT.

Export to UK:
Since 1/1/2021, VAT is applied as follows on your orders:
- Amount < £162 : Local VAT paid directly to the order on our site, only Administrative Fees (£5 DPD & £11 DHL) may be requested.
- Amount > £162: Local VAT must be paid at the time of delivery to the local carrier + administrative charges (£5 DPD & £11 DHL).

In the event of refusal of the parcel due to non-payment of customs charges, Alpinstore will exclusively refund the products returned by the carrier.

ARTICLE 4 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL :

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within fourteen days. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the Product.

4.1 : Exercising the right of withdrawal :

4.1.1 : Withdrawal procedure and deadline : To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement by telephone on 09.72.306.150, by e-mail (contact link on our site) or by post to the following address:

In order for the withdrawal period to be respected, all you have to do is send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

4.1.2 : Return policy :

Following your return request, we will send you a return label for shipment in France, Germany, Belgium, Spain and Luxembourg.

You must return the goods complete and in perfect condition, without undue delay and specifying the order number to the following address:

As part of our "Committed to True Nature" program aimed at safeguarding our playground, we wanted to give our community a sense of responsibility by asking for returns to be handled in order to limit the environmental impact of unnecessary logistics:

- FRANCE & GERMANY : Contribution of €6 inc. VAT for orders under €119 and free for orders over €119 with the transport voucher sent
- SPAIN, BELGIUM, LUXEMBOURG: contribution of €6 inc. VAT with the transport voucher sent
- OTHER COUNTRIES: Returns to be paid in full by the customer

4.1.3 : Terms and conditions of reimbursement :

In the event of retraction, AlpinStore will reimburse all returned products without undue delay and, in any event, no later than seven (7) days from the date on which AlpinStore received the return of your product. Any transport costs paid at the time of your order will not be reimbursed in the event of a return.

We will refund you using a voucher valid for 12 months for returns under €150 and using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction for refunds over €150.

AlpinStore reserves the right to defer the refund until it has received the Products or until you have provided proof of shipment of the Products, whichever comes first.


You shall be liable for any depreciation of the Products and their original packaging resulting from any handling thereof that exceeds what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, proper functioning and marketability of the returned Product. In such a case, AlpinStore will inform you as soon as possible of the possible refusal of your refund and will return the damaged product to you.

4.2 : Exception to the right of withdrawal :

The right of withdrawal may not be exercised in the following cases:

  1. contracts for the supply of goods which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection (protective helmets, straps, ropes, climbing equipment, etc.),
  2. lproducts likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly
  3. products customized or made specifically for the customer: drilled and mounted skis, seal skins cut to size, ropes cut to size, thermoformed shoes, etc.

Theinformation transmitted for the personalization of products is communicated under the customer's sole responsibility. Alpinstore cannot be held responsible if this information proves to be erroneous. This is particularly the case if the customer communicates an erroneous hull size expressed in mondo size and not in mm as requested on the site and indicated on the sizing chart.

ARTICLE 5 - LIABILITY :

The products offered comply with current French legislation and standards applicable in France. If you have any questions about the products, please contact our customer service department. SAS AlpinStore shall not be held liable for non-performance of the contract in the event of force majeure, flood or fire. Hypertext links may lead to sites other than the AlpinStore site. AlpinStore. SAS Alpinstore disclaims all liability in the event that the content of these sites contravenes the legal and regulatory provisions in force.

Products classified as Category D according to the law of March 6, 2012 are on sale over the counter exclusively to persons of legal age. Consequently, by placing an order for a knife, dagger, or any white weapon classified as Category D, the customer certifies that he/she is of the legal age of majority in his/her country.

ARTICLE 6 - PERSONAL DATA :

Your personal details are intended for AlpinStore in order to process and dispatch your order, as well as to manage the commercial relationship with you and keep you informed of their offers and news. In accordance with the French law "Informatique & Libertés" n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978, you may at any time request to access, modify, rectify or delete information concerning you, or object to receiving offers and information from AlpinStore, via the unsubscribe link present in each of our messages or by making a request via the online contact form.

AlpinStore, represented by its president, is responsible for the processing of personal data collected during the ordering process. The customer is also informed that the processing has been declared to the Commission Nationale Informatique et Liberté under number 1789421 dated 26/08/2014

ARTICLE 10 - CUSTOMER COMMITMENT :

When validating your order, you confirm your purchase and declare that you accept its content as well as the general sales conditions of SAS AlpinStore. These terms and conditions are governed by French law. The customer accepts that ALPINSTORE may subsequently and reasonably modify the present terms and conditions. Of course, only the conditions in force on the day of the order will be applied to all commercial relations between Alpinstore and its customer.

ARTICLE 11 - DATA PROTECTION :

Personal data collected on the site and in the course of our relationship are used by Alpinstore and its employees for the following purposes:

- processing and tracking customer orders
- informing customers of the latest news and promotions
- communicating special offers (including contests, games, etc.)

ARTICLE 12 - SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM :

Sponsorship allows an AlpinStore customer to invite friends via their email address, personal blog or personal website to create an account on the site and place an order, benefiting from advantages in the form of gift vouchers.

12.1 : Authorized sponsorship methods :

12.2 Prohibited sponsorship methods:

It is strictly forbidden to use a referral code as a promotion or discount code. Promotional or similar code sites are strictly forbidden.

Any prohibited use will automatically result in the cancellation of your sponsorship credit and the order placed.

ARTICLE 13 - GUARANTEES :

13.1 Legal warranties:

The Products supplied by AlpinStore benefit, in accordance with legal provisions :

- the legal guarantee of conformity under the conditions of articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code,

- the warranty against hidden defects resulting from a material, design or manufacturing defect affecting the Products delivered and rendering them unfit for use, under the conditions set out in articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.

13.2 Legal warranty of conformity :

  • Article L217-4 of the French Consumer Code: the seller is required to deliver goods in conformity with the contract and is liable for any defects in conformity existing at the time of delivery.

He is also liable for defects in conformity resulting from packaging, assembly instructions or installation when the latter has been made his responsibility by the contract or has been carried out under his responsibility.

  • Article L217-5 of the French Consumer Code:

the good conforms to the contract:

1° If it is fit for the purpose usually expected of similar goods and, where applicable :

- if it corresponds to the description given by the seller and possesses the qualities that the seller presented to the buyer in the form of a sample or model;

- if it has the qualities that a buyer may legitimately expect, having regard to public statements made by the seller, the producer or his representative, particularly in advertising or labelling;

2° Or if it presents the characteristics defined by mutual agreement between the parties or is suitable for any special use sought by the buyer, brought to the attention of the seller and accepted by the latter.

13.3 Warranty against hidden defects :

  • Article 1641 of the French Civil Code: the seller is liable for any hidden defects in the item sold which render it unsuitable for its intended use, or which impair this use to such an extent that the buyer would not have purchased it, or would only have paid a lower price for it, had he been aware of them.
  • Article 1648 al 1er of the French Civil Code: the action resulting from redhibitory defects must be brought by the purchaser within two years of discovery of the defect.

In the case provided for in article 1642-1, the action must be brought, on pain of foreclosure, within one year of the date on which the seller can be discharged of the apparent defects or lack of conformity.

13.4 Enforcement :

  1. Any claim under the warranty of conformity or latent defects must be made to AlpinStore (Address: 180 Route des Prés Rollier, ZAC de Bromines,

You have two (2) years from the date of delivery of the Product to take action.

You may choose between repair and replacement of the Product, provided that this choice does not entail a manifestly disproportionate cost given the value of the Product or the importance of the defect. AlpinStore is then obliged to proceed, unless this is impossible, according to the method chosen by you.

You are exempt from proving the existence of the Product's lack of conformity during the twenty-four (24) months following delivery of the Product.

The legal warranty of conformity applies independently of any commercial warranty that may have been granted.

2. Warranty for hidden defects

If you decide to invoke the warranty for latent defects within the meaning of article 1641 of the French Civil Code, you may choose between rescission of the sale or a reduction in the sale price in accordance with article 1644 of the French Civil Code.

13.5 Contractual warranty :

In addition, you may, where applicable, benefit from the manufacturer's warranty for the Products that AlpinStore sells.

In order to invoke the benefit of any applicable contractual warranty, you must notify AlpinStore without delay and in writing, of the defects that you attribute to the Products and provide all justifications as to the reality of these defects. You must provide us with the following information using the Customer Service form at https://www.alpinstore.com/fr/contactez-nous:

- Surname, first name and order number, together with a copy of your invoice;

- Photos of Products with damage or deterioration clearly visible;

- Precise explanation of the defect.

Once we have received your complete file, we will give you the instructions to follow according to the instructions provided by the manufacturer of the Product in question.

You must make it easy for AlpinStore or the manufacturer to ascertain and remedy the defect. If the manufacturer requests the return of the Product, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If AlpinStore is required to do so, we may charge a processing fee (return of the products to our suppliers + processing fee). 15 € (Metropolitan France) / 30 € (European Union / Switzerland and Norway) / 50 € (Rest of the world).

The manufacturer will carry out a detailed examination of the Product to determine whether it is covered by the warranty, thus ensuring that the defect is not due to abnormal use of the Product.

AlpinStore informs you that only the manufacturer makes the decision and that we follow his decision.

13.6 Any warranty is excluded in the event of use or storage of the Products that does not comply with the provisions set out on the label attached to the Products.

13.7 AlpinStore shall not be held liable or in default if it proves that the delay or non-performance is due to the occurrence of a case of force majeure or is attributable to you (abnormal or non-conforming use of the Products, use not in accordance with the use for which the Product is intended, etc.).
