Hugo Pelletier finishes 21st in the French Trail Running Championship

"I got off to a good start while remaining reasonable. I passed the vertical km at the beginning of the race, but after 9km I quickly felt that I was not in a great day. Until the 20th kilometre I ran in a jagged manner before I cracked completely 10km from the finish and finished with the handbrake on". If Hugo lost a lot of time on the last part of the race, this race will remain a good experience: "Even if I suffered all along, I think that this race will serve me a lot for the future. It's sure that on the spot it's not necessarily very pleasant to be moved like that but as Laurent Vicente told me, it's the job that comes in! It's up to me to do what's necessary so that the next time it happens differently".

Hugo finally takes the 21st place as a hopeful in these French championships: "I'm in my place. In front it was simply much stronger".
