The Millet LD Light Rush shoes are good shoes for running. However, they are a little light for multi-day tours, unless you never get tired and never hit a single rock (otherwise watch out for your toes!). Also they are not waterproof, so it is difficult to take the risk of walking with them for several days in a row. However, they are excellent shoes to go in the mountains or to run in everyday life. Sturdy and relalitevely comfortable, an outstanding lightness make them a reliable and pleasant pair.
