The 5 Pockets Hemp from Salewa is chemically tested and complies with social standards. These shorts are made from more than 50% natural materials (2% cotton, 41% hemp and 9% viscose). 

More than 90% of the product weight meets at least one of the following criteria: The main material (or the whole product) has been chemically tested by an independent body according to the Oberalp Chemical Policy / The main material is bluesign® approved / The main material is OEKO-TEX® approved

The production plants have been inspected by third parties to verify compliance with social standards and working conditions. Each audit is valid for 3 years. If the last audit was carried out more than 3 years ago and a new audit has not yet been carried out, this criterion does not apply.
