The shoe La Sportiva Ultra Raptor 3 GTX retains the qualities of the classic version while adding a Gore-Tex membrane, making it highly effective in wet conditions. It offers excellent grip, plenty of stability, and a high level of protection, while remaining comfortable on long outings thanks to its cushioning and support. Waterproofing is a real plus for hiking and trekking in bad weather, but it comes at the expense of breathability, making the shoe warmer and a bit less pleasant in summer. Ultimately, it is a very reliable and secure model for the mountains and technical terrains, particularly suitable if you often hike in wet or cold conditions, but less relevant for quick use or in high heat.
