The MSR Hubba HP tents are robust, yet ultra-light tents. The finish is excellent and the materials are of high quality. The construction offers an excellent volume that allows its user to be comfortable sitting, while keeping a minimum footprint to be planted easily even on difficult terrain. The thermal insulation in the chamber is very good (several degrees noted with the outside) and the full fabric chamber effectively cuts the wind that could get under the double roof. The ventilation is very good, so in cold and wet weather, condensation will be limited. On the other hand, when the weather is very hot, you will prefer the classic Hubba made with mosquito netting.

You will have understood that you will choose a Hubba from the HP range for a real 3 seasons use. It can be used in the mountains from the end of winter until the first snow in late autumn. It will also be very suitable for the very windy conditions of the coastal regions. The modularity of the tent, which allows you to use the whole tent, or to set up the rain fly or the inner chamber independently, makes this tent a very versatile shelter.

The choice of the "natural green" colour allows it to blend in completely with the landscape. From my point of view, this is a big advantage for the use of a 3 seasons tent.

Its rather high price for a single-seater tent is finally largely justified by its performance and its great quality of manufacture. A tent that lives up to the very good reputation of the American manufacturer MSR.
