To ensure the growth of our website and the improvement of the services offered to our customers we are recruiting:

1) Customer Service Officer

As part of the improvement of its customer service Alpinstore is recruiting a customer service employee:

- to answer all our customer requests: telephone / mail / chat

- knowledge of popular mountain sports professions

- improve our image with our customers

- troubleshoot

- customer returns management

Hourly basis: 35 hours per year, depending on the period of activity.

2) Marketing Trainees

- Drafting of product sheets

- Writing of referencing articles

- Preparation for winter 2018 / 2019 and summer 2019 seasons

- Realization of web banners

- Improved marketing on selected brands
