To practice this sport in autumn and winter it is important to cover yourself well. We advise you:
- to cover well the extremities so as not to be cold: hat, gloves, choker - a long-sleeved T-shirt a first insulating layer - waterproof jacket or windbreaker - a good tights - a trail bag - good hydration and diet (flask water pocket with insulating protection against cold, some food bars). - a good headlamp
It is important to use clothes that breathe, wicks away perspiration, dries quickly and feels good. Be careful not to cover too much, you may quickly sweat, which is not comfortable.
