I’m very impressed with these boots, they arrived quickly, in good condition and fit me well. For reference, my feet measure ~281mm and I ordered a size 10UK, a 9.5 would’ve fit as well. They’re only a category B boot from Meindl but are much stiffer and more robust than the old blundstones I’m used to hiking in, and are more than enough for the gentle hills and ravine terrain I spend most of my time in. Excellent build quality, nice leather with clean stitching. Comfortable leather lining and lots of padding around the ankles. Something that I did not realize until they arrived is the middle portion of the tongue is mesh rather than leather lined. Not a big deal, but I hadn’t noticed that in pictures. Overall I like the boots a lot and had a good experience with alpinstore, only three day shipping to canada.
