• ADJUSTMENT : The BOA 360° adjustment system includes an adjustment knob to provide a more secure fit and maximize safety. Overall improvements to the shell shape allow the ARO5 Race to sit lower on the head for better balance, while conforming more naturally to the contours of your head.
• LIGHTWEIGHT: Thanks to a new shell and other internal modifications, the ARO5 Race is lighter than its predecessor, the ARO5.
• PROTECTION: The Mips® Air safety system is a low-friction layer built into the helmet that helps reduce harmful forces that could otherwise cause impact to the rider's head.
• VENTILATION: The AROS Race features newly designed ventilation holes in the front and top to significantly increase airflow and breathability. The helmet has a total of 19 vents on the top, sides and back.
• LINING: The Ionic+™ Antimicrobial lining is sweat activated, keeping things fresh and preventing odor.
• GOGGLES STORAGE: Front vents give runners a convenient place to store their goggles easily. Unobtainium® elements hold goggle temples in place, while cutouts in the foam inside the helmet prevent temples from injuring the rider's head in the event of an impact, creating a simple and intuitive goggle storage area.
• DESIGN: The ARO5 Race features a branded badge with an Iiridium® coating, mirroring the colors of the Prizm™ lenses used on the Oakley glasses. Each badge color is specific to the helmet color, and all celebrate the heritage of Oakley eyewear.
