The 3-layer Dermizax® NX construction protects against extreme weather conditions, while the technical design is entirely focused on the needs of high-altitude mountaineers. Thanks to the high-performance Dermizax® NX membrane, the outer material is totally waterproof and windproof, without sacrificing breathability and freedom of movement.

In the WESTALPEN 3L LIGHT high-mountain pants for women, we've also used reinforced materials at the hem to protect against abrasion from rocky terrain or crampons. A 2-stopper adjustment system inside the hem ensures a streamlined look and optimum fit over mountain boots. Ventilation zips ensure a comfortable temperature even on the toughest climbs. Merino-Tec inserts in the waistband and the possibility of adjusting the waistband with hooks offer even greater comfort.

3L SHELL LIGHT
With Toray's Dermizax® NX membrane, the 3-layer SHELL LIGHT material provides maximum protection against wind and water, while remaining lightweight (82 g/m²) and guaranteeing high breathability (minimum 25,000 g/m²/24h). No PTFE is used, but rather a recyclable PU, and the pore-free construction of the membrane increases water vapor permeability.
