The Altus ski helmet from Smith skilfully combines ultra-light In-Mold construction with the enhanced protection of Koroyd®. Revolutionary Koroyd® panels offer optimum impact absorption, thanks to a precise thermal welding process that creates a structure with exceptional energy-absorbing properties. On impact, Koroyd® cores deform in a controlled manner, slowing impact energy and reducing trauma. What's more, Koroyd® is breathable thanks to its open-cell construction, allowing fresh air to enter and hot air to escape.

The Altus helmet ensures a perfect fit thanks to the proven VaporFit™ system. Its modern, unobtrusive design includes a full ventilation system with an intuitive shut-off knob, easy to use even with gloves, to regulate airflow and maintain your thermal comfort.

Featuring AirEvac™ technology and 10 ventilation points, the Altus guarantees optimum breathability whatever the conditions. The air inlets are adjustable thanks to the regulator system, allowing them to be closed with a simple slider.
