    Hi I bought a pair of sorel caribou men's boots. Within 3 days I have received the product. I was very pleased how quickly it had arrived. Unfortunately the size was too big. I got on touch with Alpinstore and they told me to return them and they will send me another size. Which they have done just as quick as the first time. For that I give them 5 stars. Thank you the boots are great.
