The family-run company aims to provide mountain sports enthusiasts and nature lovers with high-quality, innovative products for unforgettable outdoor experiences. It considers itself responsible for nature, people and sustainable development. The company attaches great importance to protecting and improving the working conditions of its employees. It is also committed to supplying top-quality products and materials that respect the environment, working with partners such as bluesign® technologies and the Fair Wear Foundation. Although the company is aware that it has a long way to go, it is committed to fulfilling its commitment to both people and nature.

The Fair Wear Foundation is an organization dedicated to improving working conditions in the textile and clothing industry worldwide. Some 80 companies and 120 brands have joined the FWF and are bound by its Labor Code, based on principles laid down by the UN and the ILO. DYNAFIT, a member of the Oberalp Group, is included in the FWF's global Social Compliance assessment. DYNAFIT has progressed within the FWF, achieving a score of 80 points in 2016, giving it leading status, thanks to the continuous improvement of its production chain. 78% of its textile production had been favorably audited by the organization in 2017, placing DYNAFIT among the 30% of FWF members most committed to fair working conditions in the textile and apparel industry.

The Snow Leopard embodies the values of DYNAFIT because of its qualities such as its power-to-weight ratio, speed and endurance, which make it a model for endurance sports in alpine environments. DYNAFIT is committed to protecting this endangered species by supporting the Snow Leopard Trust, a non-profit organization founded in 1981, through donations, public relations activities and events such as "Snow Leopard Day". Participants can accumulate meters of climbing in support of the Snow Leopard, for which DYNAFIT donates one cent for every meter climbed.
