        The NOMIC ice axe is perfectly balanced: equipped with weights, it provides an exceptional swing. The PUR'ICE blade provides effective anchoring in all types of ice. The geometry of the axe and the double handle offer several grip modes, as well as stable hand changes. The grip is comfortable, thanks to the ergonomic design of the handle and the adjustable GRIPREST wedge. Equipped with a minimalist hammer, the head is protected and allows for the retapping of a piton.
        Fully adjustable, the ice axe can be optimized according to the route.

          - multiple grip modes and stable hand changes, thanks to the double handle (top and bottom),
          - offset bottom handle to protect the hand from contact with the ice and provide more comfort when hanging,
          - overmolded, bi-material top handle providing an excellent grip, while insulating from the cold,
          - hydroformed shaft for an optimal grip in the middle of the shaft
        • Modular construction:
          - fully modular head for adapting the technical features of the axe,
          - compatible with Petzl accessories: ICE, DRY, PUR'DRY, PANNE, MARTEAU,
          - delivered with a MINI MARTEAU to protect the head of the axe and retap pitons,
          - without accessories, the axe is lighter for dry tooling (only 500 g),
          - GRIPREST NOMIC support wedge molded on and adjustable to three positions to adapt to all hand sizes, including large gloves. The lower part has a stainless steel toothed tip to improve support when used as a cane axe,
