The Corsa Nanotech represents the technical version of the Corsa, incorporating Sandvik Nanoflex® steel inserts on the head and shaft for enhanced performance. This ice axe is designed to optimize penetration in hard snow and ice, while maintaining remarkable lightness. Its lightweight 7075-T6 aluminum alloy construction ensures strength comparable to the Corsa, but with enhanced durability thanks to Nanoflex®.

The curvature of the Corsa Nanotech's handle optimizes impact, improving snow penetration and providing effective support during maneuvers. The integratednylon insert prevents snow build-up in the handle, ensuring smooth operation in difficult winter conditions. The elaborate handle ensures optimum grip, enabling precise control when climbing.

The integrated pass-through at the back of the head allows you to attach the Corsa hand strap (available separately), adding extra security. However, this ice axe is not recommended forvertical ice climbing, difficult mixed terrain or intense step-cutting. Sandvik Nanoflex® is an innovative steel alloy offering high mechanical strength and 25% greater hardness than conventional steels, while reducing the pick's weight.
