Dyeing Solution

Solution dyeing involves adding pigments directly into the molten plastic solution before the fiber is manufactured. Patagonia primarily uses solution dyeing for its environmental impact: the process saves up to 80% water and 63% CO2 in total, with significantly less chemical release throughout the process.
