1) Customer Service Representative

As part of improving its customer service, AlpinStore is hiring a customer service collaborator. Your role: to be the voice of the brand, respond quickly and well, advise technical customers as well as experienced practitioners. You master multichannel communication: phone, email, chat. You know how to listen, diagnose a material need, and guide towards the right solution. Concrete mission: reduce response times, improve satisfaction, and feed the product teams with field feedback.

You will often be in direct contact with practitioners: we expect you to be able to explain why to choose this equipment rather than another, how to maintain a rope, or which shoe will be suitable for a challenging route. You will also be asked to guide towards thoughtful purchases, for example when a customer wants to know if they should buy a climbing rope suitable for a second or for glacier climbs.

The position is based in Annecy. Base hours: 35 hours, variable annualization depending on the activity period. We offer you a field team, a roped team atmosphere, and concrete challenges. We train you on the tools and integrate you into our quality process: your feedback directly helps improve our site and our logistics.

2) Marketing Interns

Do you want to learn product marketing in an outdoor e-commerce that puts the athlete at the center? We are looking for interns to write product sheets, produce SEO content, and prepare the seasons. Concrete work: writing product sheets, writing SEO articles, preparing for the winter and summer seasons, creating web banners and improving product marketing.

We are looking for curious profiles: good writers, attention to technical details, capable of translating a product specification into clear arguments for the user. You will work hand in hand with buyers and field testers who will explain why a certain shoe holds better on ice, or why a certain fabric wicks sweat better at altitude.

To illustrate the product experience you will help sell, you will participate in the online publication of pages that highlight our field selection and our offers: for example, you will be able to showcase our selection of climbing shoes on clear sheets, explain field tests, and propose honest comparisons.

If a practitioner wants to optimize their wardrobe for high altitudes, we will offer technical climbing clothing adapted to thermal constraints and mobility.

Do you want to express your creativity and sense of practicality? Then in marketing, you will help build pages that convert and inform: highlighting a selection of climbing shoes for different uses (approach, mixed, winter), buying guides to choose the right sole or crampon, and SEO content that answers real user questions. You will learn to measure performance and iterate.
