Parcel shipment and delivery times

Packages are shipped by our logistics department from Monday to Friday depending on the mode of transport chosen when you place your order. For a delivery in 24 H with TNT, orders must be placed before 11 am.

The rates below include the cost of transport, packaging and handling. All shipments are made with a tracking number and generally a signature upon receipt. Shipping fees are based on the weight of the package as well as the selected carrier. All shipping costs are displayed in euros including all taxes.

Delivery times are indicated at the time of your order. In case of emergency, please take into account the maximum delivery date.

1- Free delivery :

  • To France : Free delivery from 110 € in Mondial Relay, 150 € Relais Colissimo & TNT Relay and from of 500 €. for skis and snowboard
  • To Belgium, Luxembourg : Free delivery from 110 € in Mondial Relay
  • To Spain: Free delivery from 150 € in Mondial Relay
  • To Germany: Free delivery from €110 with DHL and €500 for skis and snowboards
  • To the Netherlands, Austria : Free delivery from 150 €with DHL
  • To Spain, Italy : Free delivery from 300 € with DPD

Remarks :

Delivery times may be extended compared to the times indicated in the following cases: public holidays, exceptional stoppage of carriers, customs formalities, possible delays due to customs formalities.

In order to facilitate the delivery of your package, we advise you to check the accuracy of your delivery address. Do not hesitate to specify in the field Address 2, any information you consider necessary for the good delivery (door code, name of the person receiving the package, ...). In the same way, to be delivered more quickly, do not hesitate to be delivered to your place of work. In this case, please specify the name of the company, as well as the name of the person receiving the package.

In case of missing or damaged package impacting the product it is necessary to make a reservation at the time of delivery at the signature of the customer.. We ask you to check that the package is in conformity. It is also reminded that the transfer of the risks of loss or damage to the customer is made at the reception by the customer of the order..

2- Specific deliveries :

  • Parcel extensive, bulky

In cases where the package is too large or too heavy, and it cannot be delivered to you with the mode of transport and carrier you have chosen, we will adapt the choice of carrier depending on the package and delivery requirements. The extra cost will be at our expense for deliveries in metropolitan France.

Packages with dimensions greater than 1 meter cannot be delivered to certain relays. In this case, we can either choose another relay, or have it delivered to your home.

  • Products dangerous :

Certain products considered as dangerous can lead us to have you delivered by another carrier, in order to respect the legislation concerning these products. This can happen for Express deliveries when packages are transported by air.

  • Destinations distant :

Certain remote or difficult to reach destinations may not be eligible for delivery with the carrier you chose when you placed your order. In this case we will have to change carrier, for an equivalent service if there is another carrier. Otherwise we will inform you in order to agree with you on the best carrier.

3- Return and exchange :

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 30 days. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, takes physical possession of the last good.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement by e-mail (contact link on our site) or by post to the following address

You can use the model withdrawal form but it is not compulsory. For the withdrawal period to be respected, it is sufficient that you send your communication on the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

  • Methods and return :

In case of withdrawal, AlpinStore will refund all payments received from you, including the initial delivery charges for France and Germany without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which AlpinStore is informed of the return of your product.

We will make the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different method; in any case, this refund will not incur any costs for you.

AlpinStore reserves the right to defer the refund until it has received the Products or until you have provided proof of shipment of the Products, whichever comes first.

You may request an exchange or a credit note instead of a refund of the order. In this case, the return costs are free of charge in eligible countries (France, Belgium, Spain, Luxembourg or Germany). You shall be liable for any depreciation of the products and their original packaging resulting from any handling of the latter that exceeds what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, proper functioning and marketing of the returned product. In such a case, AlpinStore will inform you as soon as possible.

  • Exception to the right of retraction :

The exercise of the right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases:

  1. contracts for the supply of goods which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection (helmet, strap, rope, climbing equipment...),
  2. lProducts likely to deteriorate or expire quickly.
  3. customised products or products made specifically for the customer: drilled and mounted skis, sealskins cut at the waist, ropes cut at the waist, thermoformed boots, ...

4- Return and exchange free of charge:

In order to facilitate your choice concerning a model or a size, we offer free returns and exchanges for the France Metropolitan Luxembourgthe Belgium, l'Spain and theGermany by using exclusively the carrier mode selected by us.

For any return and/or exchange a request must be made either by email via the contact form using the return request access, or by phone or chat.

Once the return/exchange has been accepted, we will send you a return slip to stick on the package. You will then only have to deposit the parcel in the Mondial Relay (see the list of relays)

A - Conditions for free returns :

- The longest side of the product packaging must not exceed 1,2m

- The package must be delivered to a relay Mondial Relay

- The request must be made no later than fourteen days following receipt of the order

- Free return vouchers are limited to one return per order.

B - Case of an exchange:

If you wish to proceed to an exchange, thank you to specify the reference that you wish in exchange (specify the model, the size and the color that you wish). A new order will be generated.

The reference price for the item with which you wish to exchange will be the price applied at the time of the exchange request.

If there is a price difference with the initial order, you will either be refunded the difference if the price is lower, or we will ask for a supplement if the price is higher.

C - Case of a refund :

You will be refunded on the method of payment used for the order within 14 days at the latest following the reception of the return.

You also have the possibility to request a voucher valid for one year for a future purchase.

5- How the Return and exchange process works and you have to pay for it:

If you are not one of the countries eligible for free returns (see point 4), you have the possibility to send us the product by your own means, in this case, the return costs will also be at your expense.

Nevertheless, in order to facilitate your choice concerning a model or a size, we offer you to pay part of the cost of returning the products ordered to make an exchange or a return if you have been delivered in Europe and your country is not eligible for free returns.

For any return and/or exchange a request must be made either by email via the contact form using the return request access, or by phone or chat.

Once the return/exchange has been accepted and the cost of transport paid, we will send you a return form to be stuck on the package. You will then only have to deposit the parcel in the relay of DPD - CHRONOPOST.

Return postage paid:

- Parcel between 0 Kg and 10 kg : 12 € TTC

- Parcel between 10 kg and 20 kg : 20 € TTC

- Parcel between 20 kg and 30 kg : 30 € TTC
