    The MTN Trainer Lite Mid is a comfortable, supportive 3-season mid-high hiking shoe that performs well on rocky and technical terrain. Carrying more weight means expending more energy. We keep the weight to a minimum here by using a lightweight yet highly wear-resistant fabric upper with suede inserts. The comfort-enhancing, waterproof and breathable GORE-TEX® lining also makes it ideal for 3-season alpine use, from high activity levels in summer to lingering rain, mud or snow.
