Designed for fast-paced night-time endurance sessions and night-time races on technical terrain, the Distance 1500 from Black Diamond sums up the latest advances in headlamp technology in a nutshell. Integrated PowerTap™ technology boosts light output to a maximum of 1500 lumens, ideal for long route scouting or meticulous trail marking.

The faceted lens provides an even, reliable beam of light that maintains depth of illumination without creating shadows or halos. Magnetized and interchangeable, the battery pack provides enough capacity to last a full night on medium setting. When more power is needed along the way, it's easy to replace with a flick of the wrist. The Comfort Cradle™ headband design of the Distance headband sits low enough on the head and hugs the contours of the skull to eliminate any rebound effect. It features integrated padding that offers consistent comfortthroughout the run.
