The Freecarver 9000s is an innovative directional board, combining design elements from different boards to deliver an unrivalled carving experience. Its 9-meter radius allows for fast, wide turns.

It offers high-speed stability thanks to its medium-rigid flex, maximum grip with its full camber profile and ultra-fast glide thanks to its 3D Contour base. Vibrations on rough snow are absorbed by the flax and basalt stringers and ash veneer top.

• The Traction Tech 3.0 features three bumps per edge (front binding, centerboard, rear binding). The center bump is slightly larger than the outer bumps for better grip.
• At the ends of the line of bumps, the radius gradually increases until the edge reaches the point of contact. The gradual increase in radius from the sidecut to the contact point means that turns can be entered and exited more smoothly, as the edge enters and exits the snow with a less abrupt transition.
• The flex is offset from tip to tail, designed for directional freeride boards. The nose, centerboard and tail have slightly different stiffnesses to help lift the nose, sink the tail and improve stability at speed.
• Jones's exclusive wood core profile gives the board a stable, playful feel. The wood core is softer between the feet to help initiate turns, and stiffer in the nose and tail for greater stability on uneven terrain and when catching air.
• A traditional full-camber profile that offers edge response without the usual drawbacks. The camber radius tapers to the 3D Contour Base beveled at the ends, freeing the edges where they like to grip and balancing the pop and directional stability of the camber with a looser, less grippy feel.
