What Vaude has done for its environment

Next, the most important step on the path to climate neutrality is indeed to minimize resource use and thus emissions. By using renewable raw materials, such as eco-responsible natural materials, and recycled materials in its products, Vaude can significantly reduce CO2 emissions in the production of its materials. These efforts are also reflected in a range of items made with recycled materials and an eco-responsible selection adapted to all equipment needs.

Unfortunately, some emissions are currently unavoidable, which is why Vaude contributes compensations to Myclimate to carry out climate protection projects. Furthermore, to ensure fairness throughout the production chain, Vaude also offers a fair trade selection.
