What Vaude has done for its environment

For Vaude, climate protection must be a top priority and we must act now! Since 2008 Vaude has been taking numerous actions to limit its impact on the environment. To achieve this, we had to ask ourselves if all the resources used to manufacture these products are really necessary.

Then, the most important step on the way to climate neutrality is indeed to minimize the use of resources and therefore emissions. By using renewable raw materials and recycled materials in its products, Vaude can significantly reduce CO2 emissions in the production of its materials.

Unfortunately, some emissions are currently unavoidable, which is why Vaude pays offsets to Myclimate in order to realize climate protection projects.

Vaude's future goals

Vaude is convinced that with a common will to act and make changes, we can fight global warming. Therefore, every action taken so far will be maintained and improved and further sustainability goals will be set in order to always minimize its environmental impact.
