SCARPA® Furia Airis the maximum expression of sensitivity and lightness. The cutting-edge design and the combination of innovative materials result in a climbing shoe that allows total freedom of foot movement. The outer part of the double-layer microfibre upper is perforated to increase softness and breathability. The Alcantara insert located under the big toe area amplifies the technical and sensory performance allowing the impression of individual toe shapes. The DTS (Differ entiated Tension System) on the medial and lateral sides of the shoe adapts perfectly to the dynamics of the moving foot and concentrates power to the big toe. A minimalist midsole increases front edge power without reducing sensitivity. The innovative PAF(Power Absorbing Fit) heel construction offers a secure fit and great adaptability.

SUPERIOR CHARACTERISTICS:

Double-layer microfibre, with the outer part perforated. Alcantara insert under the big toe. The Wave Closure system keeps the upper firmly on the foot in motion. The expandable gusset allows easy entry.

Midsole:

The 1.1 mm Flexan insert supports the Flexor hallucis brevis muscle and increases precision.

Tension system:

The DTS tension system works in combination with the new minimalist SRT system and the PAF heel construction, creating a very dynamic and elastic overall tension. These systems maintain the original shape of the shoe throughout its lifetime.
