The DVA 3 antenna Pieps DSP Sport is designed for the generation of young freeriders. The long range, the single button and the intelligent transmission system offer optimum safety: support in all situations.

Test conditions

Switching to transmit mode (when the DVA is in Off mode) is done by pressing the padlock (black on yellow background) and sliding the lever until "send". The display shows AR of the directional arrows and the battery capacity.

You just have to put it in its pocket, clip it on and put it on its first layer so that it stays on during your ascent as well as during the descent so that it is not ejected during an avalanche.

- The search mode

When the Pieps DSP Sport DVA is in "transmit" mode to switch to search mode, slide upwards to "search" while pressing the padlock (black on yellow background). The unit will immediately start searching and if a DVA is nearby they will give you the distance and direction.

To switch the DVA back to transmit mode (e.g. if you see an incoming avalanche), simply switch back to transmit mode.

In the case of a multi-victim search, it is very important to be able to isolate its victims. You simply press the flag and your device will no longer search for that victim. This allows you to know that you are surrounded by several victims and especially to be able to
