Shoresh, whose name means "Source" in Hebrew, was founded in 1989 by Yoki Gill and Daniel Benoziliyo. Today, our company has over 200 dedicated employees. Through constant innovation and diversification, we have become a global leader in the field of hydration systems and sandals. Source products are now sold in over 25 countries around the world. We are proud to manufacture our products in our own facility in Tirat-Carmel, Israel, where we maintain high quality standards in accordance with ISO 9001.

Since our inception, Source has been a pioneer in corporate social responsibility. We have been actively involved in social projects and sustainable economy initiatives. Each year, we dedicate 5% of our net profit to social and environmental activities, demonstrating our commitment to sustainability and community well-being. At Source, employee compensation is based on their responsibilities within the team. The highest salary never exceeds 10 times the lowest salary, reflecting our commitment to equity between maximum and minimum responsibilities within the company.
