The virgin wool we use comes from regional Swiss production. SWISSWOOL® has set up special collection points in many remote valleys of the Swiss Alps, where the raw wool is purchased at a guaranteed fair price. Sheep breeding and wool production, which were often unprofitable up to now, have been revived. After weighing, the raw wool is washed and processed. Ortovox then takes care of the unique design and functionality of the final product.
