Pilus skins feature a thin membrane that reinforces and seals the glue. They are sturdy, practical and insensitive to temperature changes, making them ideal for leisurely ascents. The membrane is light, highly resistant and totally waterproof.

Their hybrid composition (70% mohair, 30% nylon) ensures a good balance between grip on ascents and glide on descents. The fluorine-free, water-repellent material reduces ecological impact without compromising performance. The glue is efficient and durable.
