      Offering impressive freedom of movement for extreme climbs, the Ascendor Alpine pant is a must-have for winter climbers. The most duRable and protective of the Ascendor line, they are made from a 2-layer laminated Matrix™ softshell fabric that is highly resistant to wind and weather. This soft, medium-density fabric keeps you warm when the weather gets rough, and the reinforcements protect the lower legs from rough terrain and crampon hits.

      The Ascendor Alpine pant fits all body types with a semi-adjustable waist, Velcro waistband, and the fact that it can be worn with a belt or removable suspenders. The high waist makes it easy to wear the harness, while the pre-shaped knees and long gusset offer total freedom of movement when climbing. Two invisible zippered thigh vents provide ventilation, while the zippered ankle gusset allows the hem to expand to fit over heavy climbing boots in winter. The Ascendor Alpine pant has two front hand pockets and a back pocket with reliable YKK zippers.

      These rugged and technical climbing pants are the perfect companion for winter conditions and low temperatures on mountain routes.
