Dry Back ContactThe Dry Back Contact carrying system features a padded EVA back and a 3D ventilation channel to promote good air circulation and breathability in the back. With its streamlined split shoulder straps, it ensures a close-to-body carry with total freedom of movement.
Mountain-focused detailsTo quickly and directly access your gear, the backpack features, in addition to the roll-top closure, a waterproof YKK zip on the side and a separate front compartment, ideal for the DVA for example. You can also lighten your backpack further by removing the removable and height-adjustable flap as well as the padding of the belt. This backpack includes an outlet for a water bladder. It is also equipped with straps to secure the load, lateral compression straps, and a top strap for the rope with a clip loop to ensure more stable transport. Other attachment systems include: a pole attachment, a front or diagonal carrying attachment for skis using the provided removable straps, and a front attachment for an ice axe.
Resistant and durableThe Ortles Guide is entirely made of REGEN ROBIC®, a high-tenacity tear-resistant nylon. It is 60% more tear-resistant than conventional nylon fabrics and can withstand difficult carrying conditions. Fully recycled, REGEN ROBIC® demonstrates our commitment to sustainable production. The printed reflective logo increases visibility during mountain departures and descents in darkness.
