The SWISSWOOL ZINAL JACKET M is a robust freeride jacket, designed to face extreme cold. It features very warm SWISSWOOL insulation, with a robust PERTEX® QUANTUM exterior for good protection and an interior made of black Swiss alpine sheep wool.
It offers a optimal freedom of movement for technical passages and reinforces the back thanks to a lining made of 100% merino wool. For the sake of the environment, this jacket is completely PFC-free, carbon neutral, and sustainable due to the use of renewable raw materials for insulation.
The Swisswool Zinal Jacket M from Ortovox is designed for freeride in very cold weather: it uses Swisswool, locally produced in the Swiss Alps, with differentiated weights (150 g/m² on the torso and sleeves, 120 g/m² on the hood) to maximize warmth while minimizing bulk. The outer shell in Pertex Quantum Pro offers excellent wind and abrasion resistance, while being water-repellent and PFC-free. The cuffs are adjustable with elastic sleeves, and a high collar lined with merino mesh effectively protects against the cold while ensuring comfort.
Inside, merino inserts at the chin, back, and collar make the jacket particularly pleasant to wear. In terms of practicality, it offers several pockets: two front pockets (suitable for wearing a backpack), one arm pocket, and one zippered inner pocket. Finally, it is carbon neutral, PFC-free, and sustainably made, making it an eco-friendly choice for committed freeriders.
