The Prodigy 0 Grom is a ski for young skiers who want to improve their freeride and freestyle skills. Its polyfly core is extremely lightweight, allowing all-day skiing without fatigue, and features an elliptical sidecut and soft rocker to ease turns and avoid catching the edge. Its sturdy construction with full cap and 2.5 mm XL edges resists shocks and bumps.

Technical features:

• Twin directional: The heel has a significantly slimmer silhouette than the tip, offering optimum alpine performance and total versatility in all situations. The twin heel invites you to adopt a playful, freestyle style, enabling switch riding with ease.
• Poplar core: Poplar, a soft, light-colored wood renowned for its flex and pop, as well as its ability to dampen vibrations.
• Elliptical radius sidecut: with a longer radius under the foot of the ski and shorter radii at the front and rear. The longer radius under the foot provides greater responsiveness and maneuverability, while the shorter radii make it easier to start turns smoothly. This sidecut configuration is ideal for a variety of turn lengths and angles.
• XL 2.5mm edges: 2.5mm edges are 35% thicker than our standard 1.8mm edges, which are already very tough. This extra steel gives skiers greater resistance to the stresses of certain sports.
• Chip-resistant Micro cap construction: fuses high-end edge sandwich construction with lightweight, durable cap construction. Thanks to this combination, the sandwich construction offers exceptional grip and stability, while the topsheet partially covers the edge to protect the fragile edge that might otherwise flake off on impact.
• Full srtenght sidewall construction: The full srtenght sidewall is a construction that adds layers of protective material along the edges of the sidewall, between the edge of the ski and the topsheet. This ensures optimum stability and grip when the ski takes a turn, while protecting the wood core, edges and top layer from possible external impact and damage.
