This EN 355-compliant self-belaying strap is ideal for sports. Its optimized design makes it easy to attach to belays or other fixed points. Its compact energy dissipator can withstand a fall by a factor of 2 with an impact force of less than 6 kN.

Made from polyamide, this elastic strap is easy to handle while climbing, and attaches to the harness via a lark's head knot. Although it has a minimum breaking load of 15 kN and is EN 355 certified, it should not be used as a via ferrata lanyard.
