Sveltus is a company founded in 1991 by Mr. Robert Krupa, a physical education and sports teacher, who had the idea of creating the Elastiband®, an easily transportable muscle-strengthening elastic band allowing to perform a multitude of exercises, during a trip where he was looking for a sports accessory to take everywhere. Today, the Elastiband® is an internationally recognized product.

For more than 30 years, Sveltus has specialized in the design and manufacture of accessories for fitness sports, enriching each year its existing ranges such as Cross-Training, Fitness, Bodybuilding or Wellness, developing new products adapted to the market needs. At Sveltus, these different sports are not considered as separate disciplines, but rather as one big discipline: physical preparation and conditioning.

Proud to be a French company, Sveltus strives to produce Made In France products as much as possible, such as the range of 100% ecological steps made from recycled plastic, as well as all Elastibands®, Flexoring® and weighted steel bars.

The company is located in the Saint-Etienne metropolis, and has never left the Saint-Etienne area. In 2021, it has invested in new infrastructures to increase its storage capacity to 34,000 m2, developing a new shipping site to meet its customers' needs in terms of stock availability and delivery times. Present in all distribution networks, including sports store franchises, gyms, the medical and rehabilitation sector, communities, individuals, etc., Sveltus is experiencing constant growth abroad with a brand represented in over 80 countries.

Sveltus is not only a company, but it also wants to transmit and gather everyone around the values of sport and self-improvement. This is why it has created the Svel'TEAM, a team of athletes who share and convey the values that the company cherishes.

Sveltus Soutien is a monthly initiative that aims to support associations, causes or organizations. In this context, the brand decided to re-launch its Original Elastiband with a vintage design similar to the very first product released 30 years ago, but manufactured with the latest technology.

The goal of this initiative is to provide monthly support, with 50% of sales of the Elastiband Original donated each month to an organization supported by Sveltus Support. For the month of May, the beneficiary association is "ACOLEA". This association manages the Maison Claire Printemps in Riverie, in the Rhône region, which welcomes 23 children on a daily basis. The children learn to build themselves and to grow, despite a difficult family context.

Outside of school, activities are organized at the house according to the preferences of each child, with specialized educators and sports educators who are involved in offering the children moments of play, awakening and physical activities. These activities are essential for the development and well-being of children.

Sveltus Soutien's objective is to provide sports equipment, leisure activities and vacations to the children of Claire Printemps, and the association is proud to be supported by Sveltus Soutien as well as by all its donor clients. On behalf of the children and the Claire Printemps educational team, a big thank you goes out to all donors.
