Our company is located in Fiorano Modenese, in the heart of the famous "Motor Valley", where exceptional and innovative mechanical products are designed, developed, manufactured and exported worldwide every day. Giovanni Indulti founded the company in 2007, based on the know-how and passion for high quality products. Thanks to the experience passed down from generation to generation and to hard work of the team, ATK has quickly taken a leading position in the market by offering innovative solutions, exceptional quality, outstanding precision and incomparable lightness in its products. Our headquarters also houses our production facility.

The metal components of the fasteners are made in a single piece (CNC), guaranteeing the reliability, precision and incomparable lightness that have made ATK famous worldwide. The manufacturing process, from conception to finished product, is the result of Italian know-how and engineering, guaranteeing the highest levels of quality, innovation and design. ATK has played a key role in the revolution in the world of alpine skiing and has contributed significantly to the improvement of the technical materials available, proving that Made in Italy products remain a strong added value.

We use clean energy from our factory's solar panels to produce a significant portion of our fastener components. In addition, approximately 97% of refrigerants are recovered and reused for internal processes, and all process water is piped in a closed loop with minimal dispersion through evaporation. Finally, we recycle 100% of the aluminum chips produced by our machines to produce new, reusable aluminum.
