Exercise at home with O'pilates videos!

Since last week Alpinstore has been supporting you in this period of confinement. Because while it is IMPERATIVE to stay at home and protect ourselves, it is also VITAL to put our bodies in motion and reconnect mind and body to push internally the walls behind which we are precisely forced to shelter ourselves.

Because we share with you this common passion for sport and nature, we have chosen to accompany you with THE most suitable method during these confined times and spaces, namely the authentic Pilates method. Precise and rigorous in the teaching of its movements, it allows us to mobilize our joints and deep muscles by gradually increasing the intensity of the movement; to achieve the perfect gesture, we need to acquire attention and concentration. Then, the mind can escape ... far beyond our walls.
Today, the Studio O’Pilates and its teachers offer you to experience this concentration through 2 sessions.
The first is dedicated to a Basic Pilates class on Mat; the second is a stretching session that revisits the fundamentals of the authentic Pilates method, namely the engagement of your entire abdominal belt to strive for the correct gesture.
To be practiced without moderation while waiting for next week! To complement your home fitness sessions, you can also discover our selection of winter and summer clothing specially designed for sport and well-being.

For these sessions, you will need a mat and a small cushion or a rolled towel to place under your neck if necessary.

• Basic Pilates Mat session + - 2 parts to be performed successively

• Pilates through your stretching and flexibility session – your daily routine
