Since last week Alpinstore has been accompanying you in this period of confinement. Because if it is IMPERATIVE to stay at home and protect us all, it is also VITAL to put our bodies in motion and reconnect mind and body to push back inside the walls behind which we are forced to take shelter.
Because we share with you this common passion for sport and nature, we have chosen to accompany you with THE most adapted method in these confined times and spaces, namely the authentic Pilates method. Precise and rigorous in the teaching of its gestures, it allows us to mobilize our joints and deep muscles by progressively increasing the intensity of the movement; to arrive at the perfect gesture, we must acquire attention and concentration. Then, the spirit can escape ... well beyond our walls.
Today, O'Pilates Studio and its teachers offer you the opportunity to experience this concentration experience through 2 sessions.
The first one is devoted to a Basic Pilates class on mats; the second is a stretching session where the fundamentals of the authentic Pilates method, namely the engagement of your entire abdominal belt to tend towards the right gesture, are taken back to the basics.
To be practiced without moderation until next week!
For these sessions, you will need a mat and a small cushion or rolled towel to place under your neck if necessary.
