DVA Pieps Powder BT

More powder than ever with the POWER BT from Pieps

As soon as you switch it on, it performs a self-diagnostic routine that checks the various hardware components and on-board software. This DVA can of course be used to test an entire group at the start of an outing, to ensure that no one has forgotten to switch on their device. In Group Check mode, the Powder Bt switches to limited-range reception to detect only nearby devices.

Once these checks have been carried out, the Pieps DVA can be stored in its holster, a comfortable neoprene pouch that can be slung over the shoulder.

In the event of an avalanche, simply unlock the safety button marked with a padlock and push the right-hand button in search mode. The Powder Bt then offers a search range of 60 meters! The on-screen indications are intuitive and easy to read.
As soon as a victim is identified, a specific picto appears at the bottom of the screen representing a person under the snow. Several pictograms are displayed in the event of a multi-victim accident.
