With a passionate and committed team, Lhotse distributes its products in many sports stores in France and abroad. Based in Saint-Jean-de-Moirans (Grenoble), the company is inspired by the different sports practices in the mountains to design its products and meet the needs of families. The name of the brand, which is sometimes mispronounced, takes its origins from the fourth highest peak in the world, culminating at 8516 meters. The mountain being a demanding and not easily accessible environment, Lhotse was born to make the inaccessible accessible. To help people pronounce the brand correctly, Lhotse explains that LHO is pronounced "lo" and TSE is pronounced "tsé", which gives "LOTSÉ".
